The hotel rooms are spacious, and I appreciate the effort of the housekeeping staff for setting up my room so nicely. However, the rooms feel small and congested, and there is room for improvement in training the staff. The service is a bit disorganized at times, but there are some very good individuals who really make the stay memorable. The location is lovely, surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxation. The dining options are below standard, especially at night, and can definitely be improved. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and areas needing attention.

I found the hotel to be in a great location, just off the ring road in the heart of the financial district. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the most amazing showers. However, I experienced a slight inconvenience with coordination of baggage delayed from Mumbai Airport. The dining could have offered more items, especially continental dishes, but the homemade organic products were of high quality. Overall, a nice place to stay given the sold-out position to us at first.
